You’ll receive an email with access to your personal booking portal. Your hours are loaded and ready.
3. Book your own sessions
Log in anytime, see available slots, and reserve the bay. No waiting on us. No back-and-forth. Just pick a time and show up.
4. See you on the sim
Your hours track automatically. When you’re running low, you’ll get a heads-up. Renew, upgrade, or add hours any time.
FAQ
Do my hours roll over if I don't use them all?
Hours are valid for 12 months from your start date. We'd rather you use them — that's why we've kept the prices honest.
Can I bring guests?
Drop-in guests are always welcome at the standard rate. Premium members include 1 guest on every visit, no charge.
Can I book 2-hour sessions?
Absolutely. Your hours deduct accordingly. Book a 2-hour block the same way you'd book a 1-hour session.
What if I want more hours mid-membership?
Weekday and Premium members get 20% off any additional hours booked. Grab them through the portal.
What's the cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice on any cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows count against your hour balance.
Is the booking portal really self-service?
Yes. You log in, see available time slots, pick one, and it's confirmed immediately. No phone calls, no emails, no waiting for a reply.
Can I upgrade my membership mid-year?
Yes. Contact us and we'll apply a prorated credit toward the higher tier.
